We are committed to providing high-quality auto glass installation and repair services. If you experience issues with our workmanship, we will make it right at no additional cost to you.

3. Warranty Coverage

Our services come with the following warranty coverage:

  • Windshield Replacement: Lifetime warranty on workmanship; manufacturer's warranty on glass
  • Side Window Replacement: 1-year warranty on installation and materials
  • Rear Glass Replacement: 1-year warranty on installation and materials
  • Chip and Crack Repair: 90-day warranty on repair (if the repair fails within this period, we'll re-repair or replace at no charge)

4. What Is Covered

Our warranty covers the following:

  • Leaks caused by improper installation
  • Glass defects from the manufacturer
  • Hardware or seal failures related to our installation
  • Stress cracks resulting from our installation process

5. What Is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover issues resulting from:

  • Vehicle accidents or collisions
  • Third-party damage or vandalism
  • Improper vehicle use or maintenance
  • Modifications made by other parties
  • Natural disasters (hail, windstorms, etc.)
  • Pre-existing damage not caused by our work

6. Payment and Billing

Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged.

Insurance Claims: If we bill your insurance directly, you are responsible for any deductible or amount not covered by your policy.

Methods of Payment: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and major insurance payments.

7. Refund Requests

Due to the nature of our services and the customization involved with each vehicle, we generally do not offer refunds for completed services. However, we handle customer concerns on a case-by-case basis.

If you have concerns about a completed service, please contact us immediately. We will:

  • Inspect the work in question
  • Address any legitimate concerns
  • Offer solutions including touch-ups, re-service, or other appropriate remedies

8. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment:

  • More than 24 hours notice: No charge; appointment can be rescheduled at no cost
  • Less than 24 hours notice: May incur a $25 rescheduling fee
  • No-show: May be charged a diagnostic fee for the missed appointment

9. Estimates and Quotes

All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Prices in estimates are based on information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on:

  • Actual inspection of the vehicle
  • Vehicle make, model, and year specifics
  • Availability of required glass and parts
